Various bus routes cross theBythams area.

CALL CONNECT

In addition Lincolnshire County Council also operates a ‘Dial a Bus’ service which can be accessed from theBythams area.  The service, known as Call Connect, operates within a specified geographical area around most towns within Lincolnshire.  TheBythams is covered by the service in the Grantham South area and the Bourne area. The service is operated by TransLinc and is available between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Call Connect only operates in response to pre-booked requests and anyone can use it regardless of your reason for wanting to travel.  The service is normally delivered by an accessible minibus which picks-up and sets-down from designated locations in each town and village within the Call Connect local area.

To use Call Connect you must first register for the service.  This can be done within minutes on the ‘phone by calling 0845 234 3344. You can then make, amend or cancel bookings for the service up to 7 days in advance using the same number or online at www.lincsinterconnect.com.  The telephone service is available between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 3.00pm on Saturdays whilst the online service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All bookings are subject to availability and are delivered on a first come, first served basis – give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
