It’s official. Superfast broadband is now available in theBythams area. This week Castle Bytham cabinets, 2, 4 and 5 went live.
To find out which cabinet, you use. Use the on-line checker at www.dslchecker.bt.com.
Just done a BT line check (using www.dslchecker.bt.com).
It says that people living on Church Lane, will now gets speeds of up to 73.4 Mbps using Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC). Or via ADSL the max is 7.5 Mbps.
A big jump in speed!
If the BT website (www.superfast-openreach.co.uk) is correct, parts of Little Bytham are now accepting orders for superfast broadband!
If anyone does sign up for it. Please can you do a Internet speed test before and after getting superfast broadband. Then let us know the results.
