CBBC and BBC Three go HD on Freeview HD
Great news if you have Freeview HD or YouView. The BBC have launched HD version’s of CBBC and BBC Three.
These two extra HD channels are being broadcast from the Waltham transmitter.
CBBC HD can be found on channel number 73. BBC Three HD on channel number 105.
These channel’s will be followed by BBC Four HD, BBC News HD and CBeebies HD next year.
Doggy day care is a great success story
An entrepreneurial mother who set up her own pet-sitting business two years ago has seen demand grow at such an exceptional rate that she has recruited two apprentices.
Tracey Longmuir, who lives in Corby Glen, launched ISIS Pet Care to offer dog owners a service where their animals are looked after the way they would be at home.

Post box broken into in Castle Bytham
Police are appealing for witnesses after the post box on the outside of a farm premises in Castle Bytham was forced open, between 8am and 12.30pm on November 27.
Police said it is believed that the offender made at least two visits to the post box during that morning to try and retrieve letters from it.
